These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and pg368 ("pg368", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the pg368 website located at https://pg368.vip and all associated services, products, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you are of legal age, that you have read this Agreement in full, and that you unconditionally accept all terms herein. If you do not accept any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a Player on the pg368 Platform.
• "Balance" means the IDR-denominated funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts.

• "Device" means any smartphone, tablet, laptop, desktop computer, or other internet-connected device used to access the Platform.
• "IDR" or "Rupiah" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency of operation on the pg368 Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the identity and age verification process required before a Player may withdraw funds or access all Platform features.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gambling services is unlawful under local law.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the pg368 Platform at any given time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for suspension of all associated Accounts, forfeiture of Balances, and permanent ban from the Platform.

When registering, you must provide your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, a current mobile telephone number, and a residential address. You are responsible for keeping your Account credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. pg368 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, you must notify pg368 support immediately and change your password without delay.

pg368 reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide reasons. Account approval is at the sole discretion of pg368 and may be subject to internal risk assessments, geographic restrictions, or regulatory requirements.

pg368 is committed to operating a safe, transparent, and responsible platform. As part of this commitment, all Players are required to complete a KYC verification process before withdrawals are processed and before certain Account thresholds are reached.

You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID — Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driving licence.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by pg368 will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges. pg368 reserves the right to withhold funds pending satisfactory completion of KYC and to close Accounts where verification cannot be completed.

All transactions on the pg368 Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits may be made via the following channels: bank transfer to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, or Bank Permata; and via e-wallet through OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• pg368 does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. In exceptional circumstances, processing may take up to two (2) hours. If a deposit has not been credited after two hours, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• pg368 reserves the right to reverse or withhold any deposit that appears suspicious, fraudulent, or inconsistent with your stated source of funds.
• Deposited funds are for the purpose of betting and gaming on the pg368 Platform only. The Platform must not be used as a payment intermediary or money transfer service.

Players may request withdrawals of real-money funds (excluding uncleared Bonus funds that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements) at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering (AML) best practice.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the cashier at the time of the request.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts with incomplete or pending KYC documentation will have withdrawals held until verification is concluded satisfactorily.

• Funds that have been credited as part of a Bonus promotion and have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal until the wagering conditions are fully satisfied.

pg368 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time of offer, and to the general conditions set out below. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are offered at the sole discretion of pg368 and may be withdrawn, modified, or substituted at any time without prior notice.
• Each promotion specifies a Wagering Requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from Bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements typically range from 5x to 30x the Bonus amount, as stated per promotion.
• Only one (1) bonus may be active per Account at any time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless and until Wagering Requirements have been satisfied in full.
• pg368 reserves the right to reclaim Bonus funds and any associated winnings if it determines that the Player abused the promotion, exploited a technical error, or violated any term of this Agreement.
• Certain games may contribute differently to Wagering Requirements — for example, slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute at a lower rate. The exact contribution rates are published on the relevant promotion page.
• Promotional offers are intended for recreational players. pg368 may limit the eligibility of any Player for future promotions if their play pattern suggests bonus abuse.

All bets and wagers placed on the pg368 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product category (sportsbook, live casino, slots, fish shooting, crash games). Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing a wager. General betting conditions include:

• Bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player, except where the Platform expressly provides a cash-out or early-settlement function.
• pg368 reserves the right to void any bet placed after the result of the relevant event is determined, or where the bet was placed using erroneous odds resulting from a manifest error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pg368 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account or identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or manipulate outcomes.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate bet outcomes or exploit promotional offers collectively.

• Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or any financial activity intended to disguise the origin of funds.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pg368 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.

All content on the pg368 Platform — including but not limited to the pg368 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pg368 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Pocket Games Soft, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe) and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. pg368's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pg368 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pg368 reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without liability.

Nothing in this clause shall limit pg368's liability for death or personal injury caused by pg368's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

pg368 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, pg368 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting support.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Players are encouraged to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any changes.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pg368 is incorporated and holds its gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between pg368 and a Player, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct negotiation by contacting pg368 support at [email protected]. If a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause prevents pg368 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent ongoing breach of this Agreement.
